Return and Refund Policy

At Barbara Skin & Hair, we strive to provide high-quality products and customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of skincare and hygiene standards, we accept returns only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery. Customers must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery by sharing clear images or videos as proof. Products must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for return. Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement or process a refund. Once return/exchange/replacement is accepted, the new product for return/exchange/replacement will be delivered in 4-5 days.

Refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval. Cash on Delivery (COD) charges, if any, are non-refundable. Barbara Skin & Hair reserves the right to reject return requests that do not meet the above conditions.
